THE PIC ABOVE SHOWS THE OEM MUSTANG MOUNT WITH ABOUT 75 LBS OF FORCE ON IT. YOU CAN SEE THAT IT HAS MOVED A MINIMAL AMOUNT.
NOW PICTURED BELOW IS THE JHR BILLET ALUMINUM MOUNT WITH URETHANE BUSHINGS. IT'S HARD TO TELL BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS MOVED A SIMILAT AMOUNT.


^ NOW IN THIS PIC THERE IS ABOUT 125 LBS OF PRESSURE ON THE MOUNT AND YOU CAN SEE THAT IT HAS MOVED QUITE A LARGE DISTANCE.
AND AGAIN BELOW IS THE JHR MOUNT WITH THE SAME 125 LBS OF FORCE AGAINST IT.

BASICALLY WHAT WE HAVE TRIED TO ACCOMPLISH IS TO HAVE A FAIRLY SOFT CUSION TO MINIMIZE NVH BUT WHEN YOU NEED IT YOU HAVE THE RIGIDITY
OF ALL 7075 BILLET ALUMINUM PARTS AND HIGH PERFORMANCE URETHANE ISOLATOR BUSHINGS.

ANOTHER GREAT THING ABOUT THE JHR MOUNTS IS THAT THEY ARE MUCH SMALLER AND
JUST GETTING THOSE BIG BULKY OEM MOUNTS OUT OF YOUR CAR ALLOWS FOR BETTER HEADER CLEARANCE.
WE USE AMERICAN RACING 1-7/8" LONG TUBES ON OUR CAR AND THE MOTOR MOUNTS MADE IT EASIER TO INSTALL THE HEADERS.


PIC ABOVE SHOWS THE JHR MOUNT WITH THE .500" SPACER IN PLACE. WITH THE MOUNT IN THIS CONFIGURATION IT WILL KEEP THE ENGINE AT THE STOCK HEIGHT.
WITH THE SPACER REMOVED (as pictured below) YOU CAN LOWER THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION .500" BUT TO PROPERLY LOWER THE ENGINE AND TRANS YOU WILL ALSO NEED
CROSSMEMBER SPACERS AND LONGER BOLTS.
A KIT FOR THE SPACERS AND BOLTS IS AVAILABLE THROUGH JHR


THE JHR MOTOR MOUNT IS LESS THAN HALF THE WEIGHT OF THE STOCK MOUNT. WEIGHT IS THE ENEMY AND EVERY LITTLE BIT COUNTS.


HERE ARE SOME PICS OF THE TRANS MISSION MOUNT AND CROSSMEMBER. AS YOU CAN SEE IT IS A RUBBER ISOLATED MOUNT AS WELL.
THE TRANSMISSION MOUNT IS NOT A HYDRO MOUNT JUST BONDED RUBBER.
